The Aim

Is to give an understanding to the nature of thought. You will learn methods to be more positive and constructive at home, at work and in your relationships.

Topics covered include:

  • Understanding the energy of thought
  • Taking control of life’s experiences
  • Creating one’s own reality
  • Making daily living a positive experience

This course is taught in small and large groups either over 4 individual sessions or as a weekend event.
