Mindful insights into the power of our thinking and the impact it has directly on our daily life.  During this course we will explore the natural positivity of the mind, learn how to identify, check & change energy-draining self-talk and to create space to remain free from negative influences and pressures.

This course is held over 2 weekends each session will guide you towards the next starting on Sunday 22 July 
 

Session 1 -  Sunday 22 July - Exploring the mind and thoughts &  Recognising influences.
Session 2 -  Sunday 29 July - Awarness in Practice & Mindfulness in Action.

Even if you have already attended a Positive Thinking course in the past, this may be a great opportunity to refresh and to re-establish good thought patterns!
